We all have periods in our lives when things don’t seem to be going our way. The plan and vision we had for our life seems to have fallen flat. Issues may be affecting us and ruining the quality of our day-to-day lives, making it difficult to cope. If this sounds like you at the moment, you have come to the right place!

I can offer a non-judgemental, empathetic and totally confidential environment in which to work on those issues with you and fully support you as we work together towards a suitable resolution.

I am a fully qualified counsellor based in Ilkley. As well as working in private practice, I work at Head Agenda in Leeds (https://www.head-agenda.com/) as a counsellor and psychotherapist and I am a Franchisee Practitioner at the Oakdale Centre in Harrogate. I am member of two accredited professional bodies, The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), which means that I have been trained to a high, acknowledged standard and I adhere to the code of ethics that those bodies advocate.
