A session of counselling is £50 for a standard 50 minute session. This can either be in person in Ilkley or online via Teams or Zoom. I offer a discount of 20% to students and the unemployed. Please contact me (see details on the Contact Tab) to find out more.
I offer a free phone call of 15-20 minutes prior to your first session. This is a chance for you to discuss your difficulties and to decide whether or not you think that you can work with me. The therapeutic relationship between the counsellor and the client is an important factor in gaining the best possible benefits from counselling, so finding the right therapist for you is important.
Please note: if you book an appointment, you may cancel it any time up to 24 hours before the appointment. After this time, the full fee will be payable.
All fees are payable by the start of a session by cash, BACS credit transfer or by Paypal through this website.
